Worried about using your credit card online? Fear not. The experience is very similar to real-world
shopping--but it's even easier and more convenient.
When you use your credit card to shop at Britten Online Design, rest assured that the transaction is
secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the most robust encryption platforms available. This technology encrypts your credit
card information from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed, and your credit information will not be saved on a public
server--thus safeguarding your personal information and guaranteeing privacy. In fact, shopping online at Britten is as safe as using
your credit card at a restaurant or department store.
How the shopping cart works
Not sure how to begin shopping at Britten Online Design? Just like a physical store, Britten Online Design
provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've designed the banner you want, simply click the button marked "Buy It" to add that item to
your order. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the galaxy. You can always remove the item later if you change
your mind. It's that easy!
Check what's in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Cart" button. It provides a product
description and price of each item in your cart. It also lets you see your subtotal. Our cart is so user-friendly, it will even calculate Michigan
state tax and shipping charges for you (non-Michigan residents do not pay state sales tax). Your order is not placed until you hit the
"Place Order" button and receive a receipt on your screen.
Your credit card will be charged when your order has been shipped.
At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit
cards in our shopping cart. We have plans to accept checks, money orders,
and purchase orders in upcoming months. In the meantime, if you have a
special payment option need, please contact us at 800-522-9416
We encourage our customers to place orders using our secure online
ordering system. At this time we do not accept orders over the phone or
via FAX, but we're happy to answer your questions. Contact us at

order online, call us and we will be happy to help you place your order.
Our banners are guaranteed to be 100% satisfactory. Please bear in mind, however, that your order goes directly to our print queue and that we can not take responsibility for misspelled words and/or improper grammar. Please return any banner that has been damaged in shipping or produced incorrectly within three days of delivery, in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories, and we will replace it, refund your purchase price, or credit your credit card. We do not want you to receive anything from BannerGalaxy.com that is not completely satisfactory.

Sales tax policy
The State of Michigan requires all retailers to charge a 6% sales tax on
goods purchased by its residents. We are currently not required to
collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of other states.
Britten Online Design customers receive FREE FedEx Ground shipping (within the continental United States only). Should you need your order sooner, quicker delivery options are available. If you elect special shipping, the shipping charge will be based on the size, weight, and shipping destination of the item. You will be shown the shipping charges before you submit your final order. Britten Online Design customers may select from a full range of FedEx shipping options.
Because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order.
A $10.00 fee may be charged if an incorrect address is given during the check out process and facilitates a rerouting of your package.
